I have been going to this practice for many years. Stuart Levin is my primary physician. We get along well and I feel all my questions are answered. He is a great family physician and well respected in the community.
While I think My virtual appt was a 10 with my provider, it is unacceptable that I had to wait 5 days to have a virtual Appt with her!!!! I even asked to see someone else and there was no availability. What Is the point of having a primary care provider when your can’t get an appointment and are told my option was to go to urgent care! When you are ill u want to be seen in a timely manner and to be seen by the provider you identify with as your PCP! In my opinion,not optimal care!
The staff is so friendly. Walked right in and in just a few minutes I was back with the nurse.
