Normally I don’t write reviews, but this was a terrible experience. This is probably the least efficient and worst ER I have ever visited. I have a heart condition, and I was experiencing constant heart palpitations alongside weakness and dizziness. I didn’t want to have to pay for an ambulance, and because I have an ICD, I assumed that I would be okay to be driven by a friend 6 minutes to the ER. Why create a bigger emergency department when you can’t even wait in the inside with your family or loved one. What’s going to happen when it turns winter and we have to wait outside?! There are no chairs close by to sit in.

If I could give NO STARS I would. I’ve been here for over 2 hours and no one has checked on me or given me any updates. This is by far the worst ER experience I’ve ever had. The lack of communication and care for patients is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
If I could use negative stars, I most definitely would rate this hospital a - 5 I’m sure there are some caring and talented staff working at this facility; but, my personal experience has been very disappointing. I have gone to the Emergency Room several times seeking help. At first, everyone seemed to be doing an excellent job of walking me through the proper steps to get the specific care I needed.
