Do not see this Doctor. This doctor is actively ripping off insurance companies. She requires a separate office visit for each ailment you might have. So if you have a sore throat and a hurt shoulder, you need to make two appointments so she can collect two separate office visit charges. She also refused to fill out my disability papers after she found out the CPT codes would not pay her enough.

Do not recommend this doctor I had scheduled an appointment the week before. I went in 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. After 30 minutes after my appointment time I finally left. She had spent over 30 minutes (while patients were in rooms and in the waiting room) talking to her teenage daughter in her office. My time is valuable. Never Again Dr. Wakam and her office are by far the WORST doctor and medical office EVER. Her office was ALWAYS rude, whether on the phone or in person and I always waited an extremely long time, even with an appointment. Wakam herself was mean, rude, nasty and condescending. She seemed bothered by the fact she had to come into the room and even spend time with a patient. She never followed up on anything. The most unprofessional physician I've ever been to. I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about Dr. Wakam. She is a dishonest physician that should not hold the honor of being a Doctor. She lied about me in my charts. This lead me to be denied health insurance twice now. I don't recommend her to anyone.
Wouldn't go to again.. I went in to Dr Wakam, and she was extremely rude. She wasn't friendly, and she was just mean. Her office staff was pretty nice, so that was the only positive out of the whole experience. She then miscoded a bill that I had, and so she tried to charge me for something that I didn't owe for. I would not go to again, seriously not professional.
