The building is amazing, the maintenance people 10/10, Monet so helpful!!!!! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Good music, GREAT VIBES, it’s like a spring Break but, it’s SUMMER & it’s our OWN personal, relatable, attainable, BETTER(able) 😂🤭🤙 Los Angeles Little Tokyo event (& FREE), too! Who doesn’t love FREE! Haha Very grateful that the right, most genuine ppl are all here! We got a bar + bartender. This party has it all!!! Also, DELIGHTED w/ the Hawaiian fooooood, here. It has been a great experience living at Wakaba! Love the community here with friendly staff and nice neighbors! Not to mention it’s a great neighborhood with lots of great food and places to shop! Their effort to plan community events is a plus!
