Update2: Management used an excuse saying my car was a “rental car” so they didn’t recognize it and towed it, which is BS because it was clearly my registered car, with the license plate. I had to dispute and they agreed to give me credit for the towing + Uber. The mysterious charge was I guess resolved with partial explanation of what was wrong, but I guess I didn’t really owe them money, based on the ledger I have requested, though they said they waived a late fee for something which if that was true, thank you for that. It’s been a few months since I’ve moved in and I love it here so far. I love its convenient location as groceries/shops/restaurants are nearby. All the staff are helpful, friendly, and maintenance has been quick (Thank you, Chris!). Mihai was the one who helped us with the move in tour and paperwork and he’s been wonderful. Security is great and I see them patrolling around all the time. Zero issues with packages either.
Everything regarding moving into Arrive Wakaba has been so seamless. Mihai was a joy to work with through our tour and the entire move in process. Excited to live in this amazing building!
