Management has been responsive and friendly whenever I had questions. Want to give a special thanks to Mi Hai, Sarah and Ariel. They made my move smooth and easy. Not to mention the place was super clean. Overall, a great place to call home!
Mihai, JV and Ariel are more than just property / office managers. Dealing with the moving company, renters insurance, etc. has been a nightmare. Only thing great in moving were the Arrive Wakaba staff. They basically held my hand through the entire process of moving in. The room is clean and gorgeous. More importantly, it is quiet. Looking forward to the many amenities available that I haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy. Looking forward to not moving out for a long time!
Extremely disappointing experience. The leasing team was completely unresponsive throughout my application process. I reported a payment issue with their system and asked them to hold the quoted unit price—they assured me they would handle it. However, I received no updates for two days despite multiple follow-ups. On the third day, I noticed the same unit was listed again at $300 more per month, so I reached out once more.
