Ordered for a meeting at the office. Website was easy to use. Food came hot and on time. Was even able to track the driver en route from the restaurant. I highly recommend this service.
Great service for hungry busy people. – I spend half the year abroad on business & when I come back have a lot of partner-clients to meet. In the Bay Area I always call WOW for food. That would be about once or twice a week. Except for the minor mistakes, missing sauce, overcooked steak, etc. which can be attributed to the restaurant , the service has been excellent. Worst Service EVER – WOW, this has been the WORST experience of my life. The service they provide is at best minimal. The reps are non responsive and management is non-existent. Recently ordered and was told delivery was free with a $20 order. I placed order for $40 and was charged delivery fee. I called and the operator told me "we charge for delivery and that is that and I was "crazy" for thinking that they did not. Avoid if at all possible – The phone service was sloppy, time-to-delivery was 2 hr 15 mins (food wasn't remotely warm), and the delivery service was unprofessional (rude, actually) and semi-disgusting. In fact, the delivery person didn't even have change; they simply expected the balance as a tip despite being 90 minutes late. I will eat dog biscuits next time if I have to choose between them and WOW. Stunning that they're even in business.
Not Recommended – The operator on the phone was unprofessional. And guess what, he was one of the vice presidents. You think someone that high of position should be more curteous and know how to perform customer service. Kevin, way to go to achieve business development! I don't know how you can become a vice president. The gift card that I ordered was delivered but I wasn't there. According to the driver, he stayed for half hour to wait for me. Totally unprofessional and a ripoff – This service is getting worse and worse every year. The staff is extremely unprofessional. THe phone staff and the waiters are incompetent and rude. More and more often they are late with their deliveries. And of course the waiters will still give you attitude when you don't give them a huge tip after they are half an hour late. And after they spill sauce all over the damn place and the food comes cold. Overall, this service is a ripoff and not worth the trouble.

When boring old pizza just won't do... – ...and your pajamas are too mussy to go out in...Waiters on Wheels is a Godsend! There *is* an extra delivery charge, but think of the money you're saving on laundry, bath water, and gas. I have found them to be kind and courteous and usually faster than I'd expected!
When tired of pizza and chinese – WOW is a good concept because if you have gotten tired of only having pizza or chinese delivered to your home, WOW has many options from plenty of great resturants. I was addicted to one resturants seafood pasta and calamari. The major problem with the service is expense and LONG wait times. I have often waited more than an hour for my food. WOW is useful if you happen to live in an out of the way spot that has few resturants nearby and fewer that deliver, but if you live in a resturant plen... read more
