Food never showed up. This company is a scam. Do not use them.
Was told it would take 75-90 minutes to get my food, received a phone call 10 mins after the 90 min window closed that they got backed up and would be there in 10 mins, waited 25 mins and called back, the guy said the food would be at my house in 10 minutes, waited another 15 mins and called back to say I was leaving to go get food don’t bother coming to my house because this is ridiculous, received a call from the delivery guy another 5 minutes after I left (over an hour past the original delivery window) saying he was at m... read more
I have been using Waiter on the Way for over 2 years and have never had a problem.Only one mistake and that was the restaurant's fault.
It took two hours for our food to arrive. We were told it would be an hour and 10 minutes. They didn't get the full order from the restaurant, and had to go back. This isn't the first time we've had issues. They've been late, they've had us meet them at the curb. Food that was supposed to be fried is steamed when it reaches us. We keep giving them one more chance and then regretting it.
Wanted to order waiter on the way for my birthday couldn't do it because they won't deliver to the south east side of town after 4 o'clock but their website says 8 to 10 And that the manager named Stacy was really snotty and said it's for rule and she's the manager wouldn't give me any information to file a complaint against waiter on the way. Just acted like she owns that. Or use their service even if I lived out north because to me I live in I'll south so I shouldn't get waiter on the way like it's my fault
