Always a pleasant experience and quality, caring staff.
As always, Dr. Wainwright and his staff were very accommodating today. They worked me in at the last minute and made me feel more comfortable with my diagnosis. I moved an hour away from his office 3 years ago but will continue to go back because of my great experiences with them.
The team at Dr.Wainwright clinic is so good and effcient. The collaboration makes everything run smooth. They are so efficiently on time, and even reminded me of the pills I had to take before the procedure.
I've been a patient of Dr. Wainwright for years now and this visit was no different than any of the previous visits. I always receive prompt professional service from every staff member I encounter. If I have an issue the staff is always able to fit me in their schedule and take care of my problem. This visit was a routine teeth cleaning. I recently had some major dental work which the entire staff worked as a team to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. At no time did I feel like anyone was rushing to get me out the door. I genuinely appreciate the extra care I have gotten (for many years) at this office.
I was immediately welcomed to the office as a first time patient, and while many dentists' new patient paperwork can be a prelude to torture - Wainright's process was simple and straightforward. The cleaning and exam were just as easy - even though I hadn't had a cleaning since before Covid. Angie took it easy on me, even as she chipped away at a couple years worth of plaque.
