I called Dr. Wainwright Sunday afternoon because my cap on my tooth had fallen off. He told me to get in first thing Monday morning and he would take care of it for me. I showed up at 8am and was out of the office by 8:45. He and his staff have always provided the most customer/patient friendly care of any medical office I've been to.
I had a successful visit to get my teeth cleaned. Deena was very thorough and provided me solutions to keep my teach free of food particles.
We've recently moved to the area. My daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Wainright today. She has had her braces for 18 months, and does a good job brushing but her teeth were still yellowed. After a relatively short time, she came out with teeth that were absolutely sparkling! Now I can't wait for my appointment next week.
Wait time was short, cleaning was fast, doctor's inspection was complete. Great Job!!!
There's one thing I can always count on from Dr. Monte Wainwright and his staff....always great service and with a smile.
I had a great visit today. Dental hygenist and dentist were great. Receptionist was friendly.
Everyone in the place is so friendly and happy. They seem like they enjoy doing their jobs. I got a real thorough and gentle cleaning and dental exam. I love this place!
Again my experience at your office was great. Your staff are very patient and explain things as they go. The personalized greeting and follow up show a sincere level of customer service. And though Dentist work is not something I would normally recommend - if you must, go to Wainwright Dental.
When my long-time dentist finally retired, I went through a few unpleasant dentist visits before making an appointment at Wainwright Dental & Associates. I've finally found a place I trust and a dental team who isn't trying to constantly up sell me with services I don't really need. They addressed all my concerns and gave me straight answers. It's not your typical dentist visit, it's a whole experience. I highly recommend WD&A to anyone looking for a new dentist. Very clean, very positive and very thorough!
