Our visit was perfect. Both hygienist working with each of my children were very professional. They each made my children feel very relaxed and explained each step of the cleaning process as they went along the way. We are always very please with our visits to your office. We made a excellent choice in choosing y'all as our Dentist when we moved to Houston!!!
I love Dr. Wainwright and his staff. They know you by name, they remember information about you and your family and they do an excellent job. This visit I saw Dr. Hammond and she was just as courteous, helpful and professional as Dr. Wainwright. I have been seeing them for years and will continue to do so!
This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The doctor is definitely caring and doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done. I always dreaded going to the dentist, but this one's a keeper! The staff is all friendly and helpful.
As usual my visit to Wainwright Dental was pain free. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I had a new hygienist, I am terrible with names, who was very knowledgeable about my dental history even though she had not worked with me before. Let me start by saying I NEVER do surveys, but if there is someone out there like me who is putting off taking care of their teeth because they are scared, this is the dental group for you! If I had found Dr. Wainwright and his staff years ago, my gums/teeth wouldn't have been in the shape they were in. Not only is Dr. Wainwright AWESOME, his ENTIRE staff is so welcoming and comforting EVERY time I go. No other way to describe Dr. Wainwright and his staff but AWESOME!!. Everyone is very helpful, they explain everything before doing it. They don't try to sell you every service they have (I've been to Made you Smile and I thought I was at a used car lot). They only recommend procedures that are necessary for your dental health. Would not go anywhere else!!!
My experience was the staff is friendly and explains the entire dental process very well. I felt in good hands and look forward to another dental visit. the Dental Hygenist was very thorough and explained items clearly for me to understand.
What a fantastic office visit! Could not ask for a better trip to the dentist. I called at 8:15 AM because I broke off part of a tooth the night before. They set me up for a 11:00 appointment. I arrived early, they called me in early, evaluated my promlem, Dr Wainwright fixed it and I was out of there by 11:35. WOW, timely done, no pain, and a very reasonable charge. Perfect visit!!!
My cleaning was great, as usual. Angie was professional and considerate. No waiting to go back.
