Fantastic hotel. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There's a bar, a market store and a car rental service all in the main lobby. Pic is my 9th floor city view. There's also a pool on the second floor. Also a breakfast buffet
This place is fantastic! The room was, as expected, exactly as described! It featured everything it said it did, the view (when we requested a picture of our specific room) looked exactly like what was shown, and the hotel comes complete with a small outdoor pool open to the air, sitting a few floors above street level. The staff is amazing, always very kind. It has a small rec room with a pool and foosball table, as well as some Arcade1Up machines. From the front Desk with David to the Ilima restaurant and Erma the spirit of Aloha is alive and well. All staff members we encounter were very knowledgeable with everything we asked about and took time to make sure everything was taken care of. High level of service which makes this a place we will return to again. Mahalo for making our Waikiki stay memorable.
Very old hotel. Needs a facelift badly. We stayed here because we thought they were serving a Hawaiian buffet. Nope. It’s only a hot continental buffet. Eggs, sausage, cereal, small pastries, etc. We wish we stayed somewhere else and bought breakfast. The hotel lobby is not air conditioned and the cheaply framed pictures of the other hotels in the chain were a sign this was not a luxurious hotel but a bargain hotel.
