A block off the beach- great location easy to walk. Decent breakfast. Rooms a little dated but clean, comfy room. Partial ocean view and Mountain view - both lovely.
Hello, Your hotel looked beautiful, and I had hoped to have a positive first experience. Unfortunately, I urgently needed to use the washroom. I explained the situation to Connor at the front desk and told him it was an emergency, but he informed me that I could not use the facilities because I was not a registered guest. My husband and I love our week stay here for our honeymoon. Trent went above his expected duty when he suggested many activities (and locations for them) that fit our interests. The hotel had many activities included, my favorites were lei making and ukulele lesson, my husband's favorite included the sound healing. Location is great, staff are friendly. The "free breakfast" voucher at the Ilima Cafe is a joke. Wait times are so long that most people end up leaving and eating somewhere else. Why offer this when they cannot accommodate even a fraction of the guests. The response was to eat at the buffet for free instead. So a downgrade for the guests. Don't expect to eat breakfast here if you have plans in the morning time.
Older hotel but it is well cared for. Rooms have plenty of space but the bathroom is a bit tight. The location is great and if you get the package that includes breakfast at the on site cafe that is very good as well!
