Perfect location! Service was great! A bit pricey for the age of the hotel, overall a great experience!
Only negative things i have is hidden resorts fees and then no heated pool at all.
The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, the location is very close to the beach and the mall, love this place!
We booked a 2 person double with a balcony, when we got to the room, we were shocked to see that the beds were so small it could barely fit two of us on there. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and I slipped and fell and almost hit my head on the countertop. The front desk was stupid when we asked questions because they always responded with "Ok, I will send up maintenance." TRAIN THE FRONT DESK TO DEAL WITH THESE, DONT LET THE POOR Maintenance guy come up and deal with the issue
