My experience with Waikiki Realty has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My family and I needed to find a long-term rental within just 7 days of landing in Hawaii, and Ginelle helped us secure the property smoothly right at the final crucial moment. If you’re reading this and considering renting through Waikiki Realty, thinking, “That won’t happen to me,” think again—because it absolutely will. My family and I are local Hawaiians, quiet and respectful tenants who paid on time and cared for the property. None of that mattered. Wish I could give -100 stars. Worst worst worst service ever. Gwen doesn't know anything about leasing and drags her feet to get anything done. Not a single ounce of urgency. Takes days and days to return your text or calls. Wants you to email her instead cause its more convenient for her. Then when you do email her, it takes so much time to respond.
