My family and I are local Hawaiians, quiet and respectful tenants who paid on time and cared for the property. None of that mattered. Wish I could give -100 stars. Worst worst worst service ever. Gwen doesn't know anything about leasing and drags her feet to get anything done. Not a single ounce of urgency. Takes days and days to return your text or calls. Wants you to email her instead cause its more convenient for her. Then when you do email her, it takes so much time to respond. We saw a house they had rented online. We saw it. We applied. They wanted 2 years business tax returns after the fact. I was willing to send them cashed draw checks, profit and ... read more
