They have no integrity. Sold a car right out from Under us while,we were waiting on financing approval. And in my opinion that is not a very professional way to do business. When inquiring with them yesterday about status was told they hadn't heard anything yet. Then today They left message saying they haven't heard anything. Then 2 hours later they leave another message oh that car was sold yesterday. Absolutely no integrity.
I called for information on the economy lot, spoke to Lexie Woods. She was very helpful, nice and above all professional.She answered all my questions and set us up with a convenient appointment time to fit ou schedule. Will definitely call for her if we have anymore car buying needs
I would like to compliment Sarah Sims for her helpful and knowledgeable customer service she provided me. She was very patient and very understanding with me she went above and beyond her duty to get me a quote for the vehicle i purchased. Her responses to my questions were very fact and very impeccable. It is my belief that Waikem has an absolutely valuable employee. I look forward to dealing with Waikem in my future purchases.
