Who knew cavities would result in meeting such angels. What a blessing it was to engage with this staff. In terms of the procedure itself. I didn’t feel anything. Was smooth as could be. Thank you for providing the best dental experience I have ever had
The lovely staff at Waialae Dental in Kaimuki always show so much aloha :) I have been going here for years, and have always had such a positive experience. It isn’t just “good,” it’s always been “excellent!!” Bianca and Flynn at reception are so sweet! I had some confusion with my insurance, but Flynn helped me figure it out and was very helpful. The nicest dentists, administrative staff and dental hygienists. And, they’re efficient, accurate, professional and good at what they do. And I say this after multiple visits, having had a cleaning, cavities filled and a root canal within a short period of time, and my mouth is much happier for it. Plus, my dentist explained the procedures in response to my inquisitiveness. From the moment I walked in as a new, walk-in patient, I was treated with so much kindness and respect! The receptionist explained everything to me about insurance, Medicare and senior benefits, I was seen by the dentist very quickly, X-rays and exam immediately (which for seniors is free!!!!!) the dentist gave me all my options, explaining pros and cons so I could make clear decisions….he fixed my broken crown right away as a temporary fix until I could schedule to come back to replace the crown… My experience there was exc... read more
