Highly recommend Wai Bodywork! I have been going to Wai consistently for a few months now and it’s made a huge difference in how my body feels on a daily basis . He’s very knowledgeable and whatever muscle groups are ailing me he’s always able to make correct it, stretch it, work it out, etc. He’s 100 % amazing. I think going to see him consistently will get you the best results. He’s also very accommodating with his schedule and reasonably priced. Thank you Wai for always taking such good care of me.
