Was there for lunch got a chicken sandwich ordered at 11:30 my food got brought out about 30 Minutes later, and the thing is there wasn’t any people , tables dirty as well I totally agree with the rest of these reviews

The other reviews here seem quite accurate. This place is a half-hearted attempt to be a restaurant. They just don't seem to care. On a sleepy Sunday the place was 25% full but the kitchen just struggled to get anything out the door. Our server was a teenage kid - courteous and mostly attentive. But he had no control over the miserable long wait for our basic breakfast order. We have been here twice. We will not be back. HyVee management needs to close the doors on this sad place.
I came here for breakfast. It wasn't busy, yet it took several minutes to be greeted by a host. After being seated, it took 5-10 min to be greeted by a server. I could tell the service was going to be slow, so I only ordered water and coffee and asked for my check. The server was kind. I won't be back.
Horrible and inexcusably slow service. Some food was fresh, some was super stale. Took almost 45 minutes and they weren't at all busy. It was like they were moving in slow motion and didn't care. Chicken sandwich was dry and disgusting. Fries were stale and cold. My friends' burgers were okay but they forgot lettuce on one and it took TWENTY minutes for the server to bring the burger back with lettuce on it. I will never go here again, it is slow, it is gross, and the service is awful.
