Used to be good, but now the employees are either too high to do their jobs, completely overworked or are otherwise incompetent. In the 30 seconds it took me to order the employee "forgot" that I wanted a beer and upon ringing me up he "forgot" to give me the receipt. This is a common practice used by criminals who then write in a tip, usually in an amount more than the total order.
