Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always see me right away when I have had dental disasters or emergencies. They honestly care about you.

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
