I’ve tried reaching out via email with concerns about the front desk staff, but I never received a response. The staff can be rude and unhelpful, making simple tasks like checking in or scheduling appointments frustrating. I hope the clinic takes patient feedback more seriously in the future.

I will tell everyone, and don't come, and do not come for WAHID medical. The front desk service is really TOO bad. The front desk staff is not good to talk to English . She is Horrible, Unprofessional and Mannerless. They don't know how to speak politely. Poor service. Don't come again.
