RecommendedI’m honestly not sure why I didn’t bring my pups here sooner! It is conveniently located close to my home which is an added bonus but the staff was BEYOND wonderful. Not only did the do a wonderful job on my golden retriever Macey, but they did a WONDERFUL job on my PITBULL - only reason i mention this is because I’ve been to numerous groomers that have told me they have to wait for someone experienced in “aggressive breeds” to handle Miss O’Ryan & I’m pretty sure Macey is more of a handful that O’Ryan! Our three pups have been spoiled at Wagtime for roughly 5 years, and I am sorry to say that we are moving away from the area. I can not recommend Wagtime highly enough for boarding, day care, and grooming! The staff is so incredibly caring, and they love our pups as if they were their own. Wendy, we will miss you and all of the staff, and knowing 100% that our pups were well-cared for. We never worried when they were in your care. Thank you for all that you do!
My dog, Molly, has enjoyed Wagtime's daycare, boarding, and grooming services for 3 years. I have never met a more friendly or helpful staff anywhere! They truly loved my dog as much as I love her. They took great care of her no matter which service she was there for. I never had to worry about her when she was with them. We are moving away and I am going to miss everyone and everything at Wagtime so much! I highly recommend them to anyone with a dog.

Not at all I took my Yorker asked for his hair to be cut short and asked for ear hair to be cut . What did I pay for????? Good question I still have hair to long on my boy’face so when he eats or drinks it mats together then his snout looks rugged like it was not done and all the ear hair is still there. They do NOT listen to what u want and then will offer a discount on next visit because groomer decided to leave on an errand I don’t need a discount cause I’m not going back. My lab Indiana and mutt (lab/pit/boxer/dachshund mix) Max LOVE coming to stay here! They’re always excited when we get there and Indy doesn’t even notice when I leave. I love seeing the pics of them playing: it’s great to know my boys are having fun while we’re away! And they always look and smell so nice after grooming. Highly recommend!
They are so wonderful and Kim does a great job on my Braxxton! Highly recommend!
