I have my grand dog. Whom, let's say is a sweet bipolar weirdo that we love a great deal. Everyone at Wagtime has been fabulous and took the time to learn what makes Sonny comfortable and calm. Sonny is happy when we pull in the parking lot. From grooming to boarding to daycare Wagtime is fabulous!

WagTime is awesome! We never worry about our dogs being neglected or mistreated when they get dropped off. The grooming services are great as well, Sydney's pumpkin spice bath smells awesome!

I have a 12 year old pit bull named Daisy who is a big baby and she had a bad experience at another groomer here in Jacksonville so she was very scared and I was nervous about her going so I made my husband take her and pick her up. When she got home to me I was so happy because she was happy and they even sent a note home with her which made my day. I honestly have never seen Daisy's nail clipped so well. My mother brought home our puppy from getting groomed and we usually have a certain lady to do his grooming, but unfortunately she wasn't available. When we got our dog back he had bloodshot eyes and that has never happened before, so I'm not sure if the groomer that had our dog today accidentally choked him or the shampoo had got into his eyes or something.
