Small business at it's best! We are so pleased with the customer service we have received with our two dogs using the playcare as well as an upcoming boarding. Shannon- your phone message to us yesterday almost brought me to tears. You and your staff love our dogs like they are your own and we feel that every time we walk in the door. Special shout out to Anna and Megan. We are so happy we found you.
My dogs love going to “camp” here when we are out of town. They were there over Thanksgiving and left their bones behind when we left. I could’ve easily picked them up (though I thought maybe I had just mistakenly thought they had taken them with them). Instead, I just opened my mail and there was a little package with their bones in them. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond! And thank you for loving our babies when they are there.
I had sent my dogs to daycare here but I have never boarded them before. I have a 2 year old boxer mix and one year old Maltipoo and they have never been alone and away from both me and my fiancé one of us is always with them so I was NERVOUS especially because my boxer was a pound puppy and I didn’t want her to think we were leaving her for good!!!! I even freaked out and got upset but they calmed my nerves by sending me pictures and giving me updates!!! We will definitely use them again when we go on our upcoming honeymoon... read more
