They are very unprofessional and have the WORST service!!!! They accused my dog of being vicious..... Then hours later I get a call to hear my dog got a bloody nose and got a muzzle on her and we can't cut her...... It would of been nice to call me from the beginning. It is NOT normal for a dog to get a bloody nose unless there is TRAUMA. She has never had a bleedy nose in all my years. We have a little dog that has not cooperated with me when I tried to clip his nails. I was recommended Wags to Riches by my Vet when I asked them what I could do. I called today and they said they were willing to give it a try and suggested when the best time that day to bring him in. Samantha and team worked patiently with him despite his feistiness and they were able to get his nails trimmed and cleaned his ears for me. Lauren was the fourth groomer that we tried. The first three asked that we not return. Lauren worked with Miss Molly Wobbles until she passed away in December. If you need a groomer who is willing to take the time to work with a difficult dog, Lauren is the person. She communicates her concerns and really listens to what you have to say. Thanks Lauren, I appreciate all the years that you invested in grooming Molly for us.

Our 9 month old (huge) pup went to Kelly for her first-ever pro groom. She looks fantastic, was treated like royalty! This is the real deal...now I know why my friend recommended this salon. We will bring our whole brood here now! Thank you, Kelly.
Can't say enough great things about the entire staff! They take care of my 12lb pouchin and my 135lb great dane with the same great results! Would and have recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dog salon.
