Small kitchen, but amazing how they turn out some good Italian traditional food. Chicken Puttanesca is excellent. Recommend +++++
Went for their corned beef and cabbage as I heard it was always good..not disappointed at all.
Been going there for years. Wether it was for dinner or just drinks and a jamb. A little high priced on the food but it's some of the best I've ever tasted. The mini lamb chops, the chicken Florentine. And oh God! The VooDoo clams are killer!! Monday's are best, Doc Lane and loose change rock!
It's my "Cheers". Great food and great people. I recommend highly.
In 1973 my bachelor party started at Libonati's restaurant on Washington Avenue and migrated to the Wagon Wheel. As a resident of New Milford and employee at National Shoes, I had occasion to have many fine meals at the WW. My favorite item was the hot Italian appetizer. I gave my son his 45th birthday party there. They were very nice and food was excellent. I enjoy sitting At the bar with friends.
