Jim Wagner was the original installer of the hot water heater in my home from a previous owner. It was only a year or two old when the pilot light quit working. I called him because his sticker was on the water heater and he did fix that. But I had a cold air duct that was making noise, and he took my cold air duct cover, saying he was going to replace it and never returned!
