It looks like by reading the review about Patrick being rude that it must run in the family/firm. I called and spoke with MICHEAL WAGNER last Tuesday (8/30/22) only to be treated the same way, as I'm trying to explain what I needed with an attorney in Tennessee he interrupted me saying "let's get to the end of this" and "what's going to be the end of this" rude as hell! I tried to explain to him my situation with my siblings with my mom's trust (3,000,000.00+) but he acted like I was wasting his time and had NO interest ... read more
I am a property manager at an apartment community. Every property that I have ever worked on (since 1992) has always used weeks for the attorney on all of the evictions. They are great people to work with and they have always answered any questions that I had and answered them right away. They are truly the best law firm to work with.I would recommend them to anyone. They are just a great group of professional people. I love them!
Patrick was very rude and insulting. He had no patients. He no longer wanted to answer questions once he realized there was a waiver signed and there was no money for him to gain. I understand his decision. What I don't understand is how someone could see the waiver and decide not to look at the rest of the documents. Had he done so he would have saw that all documents wasn't signed by the same persob, that another document shouldn't have had my husband's signature on it at all.
