The service desk was less than friendly and certainly not helpful. They would not order parts for me. I wanted to bring the car in once the parts were available. Instead of arguing with the service desk, I am taking my car somewhere else.

Apparently, this is standard practice. This dealership from owner Rusty to the service manager Kevin lacks integrity. It's a wonder why this dealership is still open. They don't tell you your charges up front. After you refuse their service, they give you an outrageous diagnostic fee to essentially hold your vehicle so they can do the repair. I was treated very rudely at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for an estimate and decided not to get the repairs done at that time because they were too costly. I was then told there would be a $98 charge, of which I was not informed about upfront. The service manager said he told me of the charge. When I said I was most certainly not told of this high charge upfront, otherwise I would not have left it for an estimate, the service manager told me it was not his fault we couldn't afford to pay for it.
