Our water heater rusted out, and so we drained it and called around for someone who could come right away. A lot of places were booked out for 2-3 weeks, and a couple places suggested we try the replacement ourselves. Kevin Wagner said he was busy, but he could come the following evening. He came out, and we are so glad we didn't try the replacement ourselves. Great experience with Kevin Wagner. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He was easily able to repair an older system that another company just wanted to replace. His prices are reasonable and he takes the time to completely clean the system inside and out. I am super pleased to have found him and will be using him again.
Kevin is responsive and performed such terrific service for both the business and personal HVAC/plumbing upkeep. Whether it is servicing current HVAC systems or working to install new, always a pleasure to work with and highly recommend!
Kevin did come to diagnosis boiler, took apart cover did not find problem after 30min charged me $95 and left. About hour after he left the boiler shut down again. Called him but no answer, left message and never responded. There for the two star rating. I ended up having to fix it myself. I found one wire that wasn't grounded properly and thank god that fixed the problem been working great since. I have no experience fixing boilers but this was very obvious when I took it apart.
Technician Kevin arrived on time. Professional, polite and skilled. My Rinnai natural gas furnace was not lighting. After a quick cleaning and maintenance it was working again.
