If I could give a zero, I would. If you want an attorney with trial experience, this is not the attorney for you. Gretchen told me 3 years into working on my dad's nursing home neglect case that she has never gone to trial on these types of cases. Attorney Kate has been really wonderful for my mother’s nursing home case. Me and my family highly recommends her if you have any concerns about something that happened in a nursing home.
