Picked up a new CAT 265 skid loader from Wagner CAT, along with a dozer blade and a bucket. This review is more about the buying process than the machine itself. Mitch was my salesman and made everything smooth and easy. Alicia always greeted me at the door and was outstanding to work with. Alicia has given the best customer service helping us get a telehandler that we needed on short notice for a couple of projects now, and the branch manager has been involved to take great care of us. Highly recommend for rental equipment needs
Service truck drivers think they don’t have to abide by speed limits and drive like complete idiots. They turn their lights on for no reason, stop in the road where there’s no construction. Super rude. Would not recommend supporting this business.
