Staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations. Kenny was very very helpful in the service department. It’s very nice to have a service department and a parts department to go to when you have questions and need advice! It’s hard to get that kind of service from a lot of other heavy equipment dealers you’re just a number to them.. Here you’re treated as a friend and family!! Staff is not very great on communicating pricing almost as if intentional…. You call and ask for a quote, then they just show up unannounced before you even know the cost of the work you asked a QUOTE for. Then once they are on site no matter what, they are billing you at that point whether you were aware or not. Very shady practice. Been a GC for 10 years and I’ve gone through multiple CAT dealerships around the country and this has gut to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
