Staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations. Kenny was very very helpful in the service department. It’s very nice to have a service department and a parts department to go to when you have questions and need advice! It’s hard to get that kind of service from a lot of other heavy equipment dealers you’re just a number to them.. Here you’re treated as a friend and family!! Great customer service and would definitely go back to shop
Staff is not very great on communicating pricing almost as if intentional…. You call and ask for a quote, then they just show up unannounced before you even know the cost of the work you asked a QUOTE for. Then once they are on site no matter what, they are billing you at that point whether you were aware or not. Very shady practice. Been a GC for 10 years and I’ve gone through multiple CAT dealerships around the country and this has gut to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I own 35 pieces of heavy equipment. Have had many services trucks to our shop. Cat sent out mobile truck for a front end loader, 928g, for extreme slow lifting arms. Can't load tandemns without putting in neutral, revving, lifting, then back in gear. Obvious problem with the machines operation. The tech was a nice guy, but had zero experience with the machine to work on it; said he never worked on this machine before.
