BEWARE. This individual is either incompetent and/or discriminatory. If I could rate him ZERO stars I would. He chose comparison homes that were not even in our neighborhood although there were two homes within 100 yards of my front door that sold in the previous 90 days. Both of which are of similar age and pedigree as my home. His initial appraisal value was so suspiciously low that the bank agreed that it needed to be disputed. ***Update*** The review below regarding Mr. Wagner's work still stands. But yesterday, 4/5/18, 6 months after my review, Mr. Wagner approached me in public (I have never met/seen him until yesterday), and decided to accost me over the following review. He refused to hold himself accountable for the mistakes (he called them "typos"), saying the computer generated the following mistakes.
