Navy one of the employees constantly smokes from her vape inside the facility. Employees always have their vape batteries inside the Veterinary Hospital. Employees leave pets inside cages most of their 8 hour work period. There is no back up generator for the pets when power goes out due to the stormy weather. Employees have no medical degree nor certificates to inject medication to pets. There are only two vets in the hospital and they never work on time or after hours.
I'll give them a 2 because they saw us the same day. I am from Pennsylvania. I feel they totally ripped me off. My dog had a very bad cough. So for X-rays it would be $850.00. To add blood work plus antibiotic would be 1300.00. Really? Don't know if this is their normal charge or they just did this to me since I'm not a local. The vet was very business like. Dr. Dolinko and his team (Zelda especially) are so compassionate. My boxer terrier mix is very fearful of strangers, due to abuse from her former owners. They took the time to make my pup comfortable and reassured her every step of the way. In addition, they are thorough in explaining treatment, as well as the estimated pricing, to make sure I was comfortable with the pricing! Veterinary care is hard, and I fully trust this team with my dogs. Good people.
