I would have recommended, but they sent a daily update email that my pet hasn't eaten in 24 hours after they closed for the day with no way for me to pick him up tonight because they've shut down their payment system. So I'm stuck waiting 13 hours before I can get him. The person that answered the phone when I called had no concern at all in her voice or cared about my pet. We won't be returning to Wagly after I get my cat home tomorrow.
RecommendedOur Cairn terrier loves Wagly! He races to the door and can’t wait to see the staff. He’s well taken care of and comes home relaxed and happy. We’ve used both the daycare and boarding and have been very satisfied with both.
I highly recommend Wagly for not just doggie daycare but we have also checked out the veterinary, boarding and grooming services. The staff there is great. Excellent customer service and they take great care of my fur babies!!
Staff is great and my pups love going. Have use it for Vet care, Grooming, Hotel and daycare. My dogs are always well taken care off. When we are on vacation the staff emails me with updates on how they are doing which keeps my heart as ease.

The staff is excellent and the facilities are state of the art! I know my pups are cared for exceptionally there.
