After a fall, I was in pain, went to a Spine Doctor and got a diagnosis. Started meds and PT (because insurance wouldn't allow any more without PT). Was in MORE pain AND felt like yuck from the meds. Just quit, and figured I would just try to "deal with it." Went to see Dr Wagers for suggestions on how to move, again, and more efficiently, etc. By the 2nd visit . . . RELIEF!!! So happy to have feeling in my toes again! His plan worked for me! Hope it works for you, too!!!
