Dale makes a mean Hollandaise sauce that graces thick-sliced ham on the Eggs Benedict, the half-pint omelet is my go-to favorite, and his waffles are the perfect combination of soft, chewy insides with a crispy shell. Whether you're looking for a place to eat as a Spokane visitor or as a regular you will be equally welcome - and equally stuffed - at Waffles Plus!
