Their waffles are great but their chicken is AMAZING! Best fried chicken that I've found in Alaska so far. Their house sauce is yummy too. Had to buy a bottle at my last visit. You wont be disappointed so be sure to check them out.
I crave chicken and waffles from Waffles & What Not. The folks who run the Betsy Truck are amazing! I am very pleased with the food, tastes great and always something different to try when I feel more adventurous and want to step out of my usual favorites! The service is exceptional, those folks are willing to work in freezing temps to make sure I get fed! And they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my meal.
