Our food and experience was great! But the hostess, Beccah(?), is EXTREMELY rude, snarky, and unprofessional. We weren’t sure if we had a 4th person joining our party. When we realized there was only 3 of us, she didn’t “believe us.” She even went as far as asking to see my phone to prove that our friend wasn’t coming and refused to seat us. If she’s working, I don’t want to go back.
This experience a is exactly why I started going to waffle house decades ago. I haven't been to a waffle house in years, because the service had declined, but this experience restored my love for waffle house.
