Hello. The only reason why I'm even posting this is because there's no way to speak to someone on the phone anymore. This happened at the Waffle House in Bessemer, on Academy Lane. It's the second time my husband and I have ordered food to go and something was missing. The first time it was his waffle, and this time they forgot his side of grits. We really do like you guys and the staff is great, but it's hard to get in contact with anyone yo address this situation. Thank you
Great food at 3am....I don't think it would have mattered what time it was honestly. This waffle house has always been a great one!
