We entered at 2:00 and served coffee. Then we waited 15-20 minutes and then inquired about the slow service. We were told it was “shift change” and the manager came to our table to explain how it wasn’t her fault. Then she said we “cursed” at her (which did not happen). She cancelled our service order and told us to “have a nice day”) 3-4 times at high volume as she left the service area. Not ideal customer relationship behavior! and i will not be back anytime soon. I’d give it zero stars but that’s not an option!
Service was more concerned about her family instead of the customers
