Requested a very very simple Togo order. Chicken sandwich on Texas toast. Only chicken and bread. No cheese no onions. Chicken and bread. Very clear, very simple. Get home and of course the chicken and hashbrowns are covered in onions. So have to go back, get a half ass apology, and had the sandwich remade while the rest of my food got cold at home.
