I had a medical procedure all day and had a headache and wanted to eat. I stopped at the one on Papermill Dr in Knox. Got served and an employee turned on the record player at a level that set off the decibel warnings on my phone. . I asked her to turn it down and she said that volume didn’t work and she couldn’t as the speakers weren’t working right. I guess the electrical outlet doesn’t work as it continued to play. She should have unplugged it as a courtesy. What kind of employee does something like that.
