Horrible customer service. Heard employee ask another customer for a tip. When they declined, employee stated, " you ate, I got to eat too" Then proceeded to get loud and obnoxious. Tables and seats were not wiped down. Slow to get a menu or, a " Hello ". We were the only customers at this point. Atmosphere was that of, we were a nuisance. We ordered a coffee and left. Went to a Waffle House 2 exits away for a much better experience.
Dirty tables, trash on the floor and employees that couldn't be bothered. Too bad because I've always liked to go to Waffle House other places.
Poor service didnt even serve us
Becky is literally the best and was such a great waitress! I will definitely go back for her and the food was on point!
None of the plates were cleared from any places to sit down. We sat down weren't greeted, just stared at and they just left those nasty plates in front of us and handed us menus. Staff was annoyed that we came in and interrupted their FaceTime call. Didn't eat, just left. No thanks awful house.
