Gave them the benefit of the doubt after messing my online to go order up on three different occasions. My family and I eat here at least 3 times a week. I will just drive to the one by the mall from here on out.....
We waited at the table for 15 minutes before anyone actually talked to us. We were offered no menus. She finally brought the drinks and we waited another 20 minutes for her to take our order. We ordered a waffle because my little girl insisted on eating here. It took 15 minutes to get the one waffle. They were not even busy. The lady acted like she didn’t care and didn’t want to do her job!!
