The food is excellent and they also have a menu for the kids and seniors at a great value 👍 price. Will be returning.
If it wasn't for the kids only wanting to eat there, I wouldn't eat there. I know the view each seat as real estate and want quick in and out service to keep generating revenue for the store and employees; but stop being so pushy to me, by constantly asking if im ready to order, when im not ready and I have not even had a minute to look over menu.
We've been visiting this Waffle House pretty frequently since moving to Kountze over the last few years! I have to say, the ladies are always sweet and tentative to our needs! I've given the 2 star review because of the last few visits, and especially yesterday! It seems like there's little effort in keeping it tidy...I can only imagine, how hard that must be, but after visiting the newest WH in Silsbee, I heard the wait staff politely ask the customer to wait, while she cleaned the table and the floor under....who wants to ... read more
Best Waffle House I have ever been to! Christen was the best waitress and super attentive. The food came out fast and hot! Great pricing and great deal. Highly recommend!
