I just wanted to say thank you for the seriously amazing customer service today! When our order took longer than normal to come out, the guy who took our order came out and apologized to us and refunded everyone at our table. And then to top it off, once we received our food, the kitchen manager came out himself and apologized for the wait. I was really excited about trying this place....I was expecting you can order any type of waffle that you wanted, like cinnamon added, it was just a little tough to chew on, for the price we paid, I was expecting a better result....Now I really enjoyed my brunch punch!
Just there for the first time this morning. Service was fine and the food was ok until I found a hair in my eggs. I was not going to tell anyone however my wife felt ifthis was her establishment she would want to know. On our way out said exactly that to one of the girls working, the response "was it yours?" Everything was delicious. Very unique taste. Love the homemade ketchup.
Great experience and a hip place. I think the long lines and waiting is part of the experience. :) i love the lobster and florentine ones.

It use to be a great place, just ate there for my 12th time first since the new year, they changed their menu, I meant to ask all waffle champions or just Okc, I'm praying not all of them now it is just ok, but service still awesome
