This is an awesome place to live. Our office manager, Natasha, and maintenance crew, Bert and Ryan, really are on top of getting things done. Any concerns are taken care of in a timely manner with lots of care and concern. Thank you.
do NOT move here if you don’t want to get scammed. they charged us for damages that were already there when we moved in. listen to the reviews this place is terrible. high crime rates. and claimed to have cameras around the parking lot but when vehicles get stolen all of a sudden their cameras aren’t working. roaches infection. horrible management.
!!!! MOST HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER SEEN !!!! have been patiently waiting to write this review until after my roommates and I finished taking Waena TO COURT over our security deposit. I wish I could give 0 stars because they DO NOT deserve even one. We read the reviews of everyone saying DO NOT expect a security deposit back so when we moved in we documented EVERYTHING plus filled out WAENA’S OWN MOVE-IN FORM to show and document the condition of the apartment beforehand. 3.5 stars from me. The location is ideal for work commutes to base and in town. Rent is a good price for the cost of living in paradise, and there are lots of things to do walking distance (foster botanical gardens, china town, restaurants and cafes), and the units are spacious. The neighbors and staff are friendly as well. This is a big neighborhood so there are some downs to having lots of neighbors like the noise of dogs barking at random hours, loud music sometimes, rowdy kids, and the parking spaces are compact here.
