Rent is a good price for the cost of living in paradise, and there are lots of things to do walking distance (foster botanical gardens, china town, restaurants and cafes), and the units are spacious. The neighbors and staff are friendly as well. This is a big neighborhood so there are some downs to having lots of neighbors like the noise of dogs barking at random hours, loud music sometimes, rowdy kids, and the parking spaces are compact here. Our last days living in Hawaii were spent scrubbing our walls, floors and blinds upon moving out, we left the place immaculate… They took almost $1,000 out of our security deposit anyway. Tried to charge us for a pet fee for our deceased pet because of a “notify by” policy that’s not in our lease or pet policy. Made us live for weeks with sewage backing up into our tub until we made a big stink about it.
