Doesn’t care about the quality of the housing the rent out. I requested the house I am renting to be cleaned before I moved in and they told me it was. However, upon actually moving in, I found that they lied to me and the place was FILTHY with dirt, dust, broken glass, mounds and mounds of dog hair in the vents and under appliances. Disgusting. We closed on our new home last Tuesday and Henry and the wadsworth real estate team made everything so easy and fast! Henry was so informative and helped us pick the perfect home for our family, I would reccomend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We have have known Henry for a long time and know that he is an honest person, so when he informed us he going into Real Estate we asked him to be our realtor when we were ready to sell our home. It's only been a month that we've been here, however, i have had a couple problems (freezer broke and last tenant accidentally put plastic knives down the kitchen sink drain) and Wadsworth realty was very quick to get them fixed for my son and i! Thank you, Wadsworth Realty, for being so awesome! �
