TERRIBLE I've lived here for over 5 years and I can confirm Kelsey is a HORRIBLE Landlord. The gym that they advertised? Closed. Never Reopened. Laundromats? Machines Dont Dry after 2 cycles...then they break and never get fixed...and were just recently closed for months. The Elevators? They feel unsafe and look like they havent had an update since the 80s. The Actual Complex? Loses power like its a monthly event. Maintenance? The manager Kelsey is never there, and when she is - she looks like she just woke up, always messy. You need to bug her with emails and calls to get things done. She’s extremely unprofessional and lies about sending documents that need signing, then sends you passive aggressive emails about you “not signing” them. Poor maintenance, elevator is in sorry state. “The gym” is a joke, it’s been outdated 20 years ago. Laundry is tiny for such building and machines are always broken. Hallways reek of pot. Kelsey is one of the worst Landlords I have ever had in my life. Her own staff hardly can get a hold of her, ive heard many stories from other tenants as well. I reached out to her many times through email and voicemails trying to get a lease signed. Never heard back from her again. I waited and waited for her to do her job and manage her business as she should. I only just started getting letters that I owe her money.
