Pretty much unbeatable apartments (5 stars) if you consider the price. Is pretty safe, very consistent and not actively bad. Very nice to pay a fair amount of rent and have some extras included - even if everything isn't perfect. Laundromat was recently upgraded and is now incredible - cheap and app texts when everything is done. Maintenance is available and readily responds if there are any issues - been here for about 6 years with very little issues overall.
Turned my application in today called to make sure they received it and someone answered by the grace I was worried as I had been reaching out before the app was sent and I had t got an answer . Hopefully all works in my favor the lady sounded nice
TERRIBLE I've lived here for over 5 years and I can confirm Kelsey is a HORRIBLE Landlord. The gym that they advertised? Closed. Never Reopened. Laundromats? Machines Dont Dry after 2 cycles...then they break and never get fixed...and were just recently closed for months. The Elevators? They feel unsafe and look like they havent had an update since the 80s. The Actual Complex? Loses power like its a monthly event. Maintenance? The manager Kelsey is never there, and when she is - she looks like she just woke up, always messy. You need to bug her with emails and calls to get things done. She’s extremely unprofessional and lies about sending documents that need signing, then sends you passive aggressive emails about you “not signing” them. Poor maintenance, elevator is in sorry state. “The gym” is a joke, it’s been outdated 20 years ago. Laundry is tiny for such building and machines are always broken. Hallways reek of pot.
