Michelle the property manager is totally unprofessional and rude . She filed a claim on me even though I didn't owe her anything now my credit score is messed up because of her all because she didn't like me because she doesn't like my daughter father who works for wade estate with her . Not only did she take my deposit even though there was nothing wrong with the apartment when I left she tried to say that I broke my lease even though I lifted on the end of the month the last day of my lease before a new one was even in aff... read more
Joe the Maintenance guy is always very helpful and easy to talk to. Apartment prices are affordable which is good for those on a budget. There's never been a power outage at this place. When I was living there, the laundry room and gym was closed down, centipedes are everywhere, a lot of noise from the police station testing out their sirens at night time. No sound proofing in between the walls. Lack of parking and always the threat of getting towed during winter is something to consider. You should probably do some research... read more
