We have used Wade for years and have always been pleased with the work they have done at our house. Jim was here today to do the spring service on our systems. He arrived on time, was courteous and thorough. Whenever I call the office, the phone is answered by a friendly person, not a machine, and that is another reason to be grateful we found the good folks at Wade.
Taylor, the service tech, was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He was on time and cleaned up after he was through. On time and on budget—what more could you want? We have done business with Wade nearly thirty years.
Recently returned from a trip late one evening to find home without A/C. Have been a customer for over 10 years. Called and explained situation. A technician fixed the problem and he left around 10:30PM. My thanks and appreciation was earned again by Wade Heating and Air Conditioning.
They will travel outside of their service area to SELL you 2 new A/C units, but they will not come back to SERVICE them when you need it. Just fair warning if you're not within a few miles.
