John has repaired a number of items for me including my wedding rings and I wouldn't trust anyone else with those heirlooms. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The ring is amazing and the process is so much fun. Rita and John are very super helpful and you really feel like you get the exact ring you have dreamed up in your head, actually it looks even better than that. Price is very comparable to a big jeweler store but the ring is in no way comparable. It is so unique and your fiancee will never have to worry about someone having anything similar to hers. Amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing ring!
